These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services operated by Vivaahli (“we”, “us”) at vivaahli.com and related pages (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Vivaahli provides tools to create marriage biodata documents using curated templates, including live preview, export to PDF and Word where offered, and optional shareable links depending on your chosen tier. Features and availability are described on our website and may evolve over time.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable law. The Service may use a browser session cookie to save your draft before payment; you are responsible for keeping your device secure.
3. Fees & payments
Paid tiers and prices are shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay or other payment partners we may use. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the amounts shown at checkout. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility as required by law.
4. Licence & intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial marriage-related purposes in line with these Terms. Templates, software, branding, and content we provide remain owned by Vivaahli or our licensors. You retain rights to the personal information you enter; you are responsible for its accuracy and lawful use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, harassing, or misleading.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or circumvent security or rate limits.
- Resell or redistribute our templates or exports except as personal biodata for your family.
- Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Biodata outputs are tools for your use; you are responsible for verifying information before sharing it with third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vivaahli and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, one hundred Indian rupees).
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
