Refunds & cancellations

Vivaahli sells digital products and services (biodata creation, exports, and optional sharing features). This page explains how refunds and cancellations work.
1. Nature of the product
Once your payment succeeds, digital deliverables (such as downloads or activated tier features) are made available promptly. Because the product is digital and fulfilled electronically, standard consumer expectations for physical returns do not apply in the same way.
2. When we may issue a refund
We may approve a refund or credit where, in our reasonable judgement:
- A technical failure on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for (for example, export or access did not work after payment and we could not fix it within a reasonable time).
- You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a processing error.
- We are required to do so under applicable law.
3. When we typically do not refund
We generally do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with template aesthetics where the Service worked as described.
- Errors in the information you entered into your biodata.
- Issues caused by your device, browser, network, or third-party email delivery outside our control.
4. How to request help or a refund
Email [email protected] from the email you used at checkout (if applicable), include your order or payment reference, and describe the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. Payment provider disputes
Payments are processed by Razorpay (or other providers we may use). If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer, we may share records with the payment provider to resolve it. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
6. Cancellations
There is no recurring subscription for standard one-time purchases described on our Pricing page. If we introduce subscriptions in the future, cancellation terms will be shown at purchase and updated here.
